About this product

A little piece of nature – painted by you.

The Black Cat with a Green Gift wood slice turns a quiet hour into a keepsake. The design is pre-printed on a real slice of pine with its natural bark edge, so every piece has its own grain and shape. Fill in the numbered areas with acrylic paint – no drawing skills needed.

Set it on the little wooden easel that comes with the kit and it becomes a warm, handmade decoration for a shelf, a windowsill, or the Christmas table. A lovely gift, and a lovely evening making it.

What’s included

1 pre-printed pine wood slice – round, approx. 14 x 14 cm (5.5" x 5.5"), natural bark edge
Mini wooden easel to display your finished piece
Acrylic paints in numbered pots, bright and vivid colors
2 brushes for large areas and fine details

How it works

Match each paint pot to the numbers on the wood slice.
Fill in the numbered areas – start with the large ones, finish with the details.
Let it dry, then place it on the easel and enjoy.

Please note: Every wood slice is a natural product – grain, colour and bark edge vary slightly from piece to piece. Colors may differ a little from the digital preview.

Never painted before? Can I really do this?

Absolutely. The design comes pre-printed with numbers, so there's nothing to draw and nothing to mix.

2 Open the matching potEach paint has the same number

How big is the wood slice?

It's a real round pine slice with its natural bark edge, so every piece is one of a kind. A mini wooden easel is included to display it.

Is there enough paint? What if it dries out?

Each pot holds enough paint for the whole design when applied in thin, even layers. Close the lids tightly between sessions. If a pot does dry out, a few drops of warm water and a good stir usually bring it back.

Is this a good gift?

Yes. It's a relaxing, screen-free project and a handmade keepsake in one. For a birthday, ordering about a week ahead is usually enough. Before Christmas, carriers get busy, so please order a little earlier.

When will my order arrive?

Fast, and shipping is always free. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.
