Gift Card Questions

How is the gift card delivered?

By email, usually within a few minutes of your order. Nothing is shipped, so there is no waiting for the mail and no shipping cost.

Can I send it directly to the person I'm giving it to?

Yes. Tick the gift box above the Add to Cart button, then enter their name, email and a personal message. We'll email the gift card straight to them. If you'd rather hand it over yourself, leave the box unticked and it will come to you.

Can I print it out?

Yes. The email contains a nicely designed gift card that you can print at home and put in a birthday or holiday card.

How do they use it?

They choose their favorite kit, go to checkout and enter the gift card code in the gift card or discount code field. The amount is taken off right away.

What if their order costs less than the gift card?

No problem. The remaining balance stays on the gift card and can be used on a future order.

Can it be used for a kit made from their own photo?

Yes. The gift card works for every product in our shop, including custom paint by numbers kits made from their favorite photo.

Does it still work with your multi-kit savings?

Yes. If they buy 2 kits they save 10%, and 15% with 3 or more. The savings are applied first, then the gift card pays for the rest.

I didn't receive the email. What should I do?

Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If it isn't there, just contact us with your order number and we'll resend it right away.
